Sweet, sweet Elizabeth! This was my first newborn session following my maternity leave and it's already so easy to forget how little newborns are when they are just under two weeks old!
Elizabeth had the brightest eyes and a curious gaze for majority of our session. She was quiet, content and just didn't want to miss out on any of the fun! She likely fed off of her two amazing parents who were insanely calm, put together and supportive of one another. They both welcomed me into their space with open arms and were such naturals in front of the camera and with their new baby bundle. Her beautiful nursery was adorned with kelly green, punchy peach hues and cacti throughout. She also already has a wardrobe that would put Kate Middleton to shame. You go, girlfrand!
A little behind the scenes: Both mom and dad work for Southwest Airlines, so I brought over a vintage suitcase for their session and I'm loving how it was incorporated with their shiny silver wings that I've secretly always wanted. The crocheted blanket used is a special family heirloom that they wanted to feature and I think it was a very sweet personal touch.
Thanks for a lovely time, Elizabeth and co.!
